Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy • A valid phone number and email are required to confirm all appointments. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and relax before your session. • Late arrivals may reduce your massage time to avoid delaying the next client. Cancellation & Rescheduling • We understand plans change. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrival Policy • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session. • If you are 15+ minutes late, your session may be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly. Payment & Refunds • Payment is due at the time of service. • Prepaid sessions and deposits are non-refundable but may be used toward a rescheduled appointment (if rescheduled within policy timeframe). Sickness / Flu Policy • If you are feeling sick, please reschedule. • We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are visibly ill.
